As women we are often looking after others but are sometimes challenged to find time out for ourselves to refuel and self nourish.

This day is just for that. It’s for you, to enjoy a mini retreat, the company of other women, home-made chai and morning tea, restorative yoga, zenthai shiatsu and an optional shared lunch.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions props will no longer be provided. Kate will email a list of props to bring on the day and instructions on how to create props from household items. Alternatively, props will be available for purchase from the studio on the day.
